If you've been to a Beginner's Class or Hatha and not sure what to expect in a flow class, but your curious about trying something different, here is a recording of a Flow Class I did over lockdown.
Please as always, practice in a way that works well for you. Skip bits, press pause, come into a child pose, take a break whenever you need to. In person classes, during a flow class I always encourage the same approach. Do as much or as little as you like, respect your energy levels, respect how your body feels and have fun! Also, a nice class for this time of year as we consider setting intentions. Just as we see in Spring, seeds are planted, tended too, watered and begin to crack open and grow. Allow nature to reflect back to us that this time of year is perfect for tending to our own goals, intentions and things we desire for our future.
