Ayurveda is an Ancient Indian medicine system thats is over 5,000 years old. If we break down the word "Ayur" is Life and "Veda" is knowledge. Often referred to as "science of life". Ayurveda's main goal is to bring you back to balance physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually. The whole of you is considered and not just in isolation of YOU as a being, but your whole experience of life. How you move, live, breathe, interact in the world around you.
Ayurveda can be used as a preventative medicine, an aid to reawaken your bodies capacity to heal and as a tool to tap into your essence of vitality. Ayurveda's definition of health is more than just being symptom free, it is your ability to be happy, connected and full of energy.
Based upon the 5 element theory of : Air, Either, Fire, Water, Earth. We use these elements to helps categories the qualities of our experience and bring in balance through diet and lifestyle practices. It is the ultimate self-care practice thats asks us to develop deep awareness of self, honesty and self responsibility. With this level of self observation we can step onto the Ayurvedic path with our eyes open to make the right decisions to move us towards our fullest potential of health and wellness.

Ayurveda Health Counselling
A personal journey into your health on all levels through the lense of Ayurveda. This is a deep dive into YOU physical-pyscho-spiritual-emotional.
A full assessment of your blue print of health (Prakruti) or often know as constitution. A full assessment of your Vikruti (Your current symptoms and imbalances).
Together we co-create a "treatment" plan to bring your vision of health and vitality into reality. Through the practices of diet and lifestyle.
Ayurveda Live Workshops
Our Ayurveda workshops offer a space where we can gather as a group and learn together. We explore different aspects of Ayurveda to deepen our understanding of this Ancient nature-based healing wisdom and to deepen our understanding of ourselves in this world.
We will explore topics such as: Balance our Dosha's, Finding optimum digestion of food and thoughts, Self-care routines, Flowing with the seasons, Nervous system support, Intro in herbs and more sacred practices.
Ayurvedic Wellbeing Coaching
Wellbeing and Spiritual Coaching through an Ayurvedic perspective. This is an opportunity to improve your self-care routine, identify your needs and find the appropriate tools to help meet your needs on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.
A lighter path to take compared to the Health Counselling as no full Ayurvedic assessment is taken. You will work with your coach and be empowered with Yogic, Tantric and Ayurvedic practices to help you live a life of joy, ease, pleasure and vitality.
