About Blossom Wellbeing

Blossom Wellbeing creates a space, virtually and in-person, to nurture and nourish others on their own unique path of blossoming.  Offered through the practices of:  Yoga, Meditation, Wellness Coaching and Ayurvedic Health Counselling.

What do we mean by  “ unique path of blossoming"? I hear some of you ask! Well let me tell you.

We believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and reveal something they already have within. Opening their petals, so to speak. Enabling a capacity to shine their radiant selves out into the world. Revealing something uniquely beautiful, true to them, with optimal health and with a calm, steady mind. This is often locked away within us. Like a seed awaiting its potential to be tended to, so it can too begin it's process of growth. With the right support and guidance, with love and patients, we believe everyone can blossom, heal and grow.

About Sarah

I’m Sarah, a yoga teacher and holistic wellbeing practitioner based in Stourbridge. My work is rooted in gentle yoga, breath awareness, and Ayurvedic-inspired practices that support the nervous system and honour the natural rhythms of the body.

My classes are calm, inclusive, and welcoming. I don’t teach from a place of pushing or striving — instead, I offer options, encourage rest, and invite you to listen to what your body needs on any given day. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply looking for a more nurturing approach, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

I came to these practices through my own need to slow down and find balance, and I continue to learn through ongoing study, personal practice, and the shared experience of teaching. I believe wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated — small, consistent, and kind practices can make a meaningful difference.

At Blossom & Breathe, my intention is to create supportive spaces where people can breathe a little easier, move with more ease, and feel more at home in themselves.

Kat

Covering Fridays Class Churchill and King Edwards Staff Wellbeing Sessions.

I started a regular yoga practice when I was at university, finding it helped me relax physically and mentally. As I continued to practice, I realised how my inner dialogue became less critical and more compassionate.

I  enjoy teaching a wide variety of styles of yoga, having a balanced personal practice of energetic vinyasa and deliciously mindful hatha.

Regardless of the style, I weave mindfulness, philosophy and a supportive environment for students to connect with their bodies and calm their minds.

Hayley

Covering Mondays Classes at Oakfield Centre

Hi, I’m Hayley with a love for nature, freedom, and flow both on and off the mat.

I started teaching because yoga became something I truly loved and I wanted to share that feeling with others. My day job is in neuro and spinal physiotherapy this gives me a deep respect for the body’s resilience.

My classes have flow and fun, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and connection.

Whether you’re a beginner or rediscovering your practice, I aim to create a space where you can move freely, feel supported, and come home to yourself.

Emma

Covering Wednesday AM at Oakfield Centre

I've been teaching yoga for nearly 10 years and have been a yoga practitioner for over 25. I trained in Classical Hatha at Bahia yoga, the same school as Sarah, and have also done trainings in Yin Yoga and Somatic Healing as well as Emotional Reprocessing Therapy.

I am absolutely passionate about the human system, understanding how we work on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels and how each of these 'bodies' intersect and influence one another.

My classes are very nurturing and holistic and will be suitable for all bodies, experience levels and abilities with plenty of options and encouragement to help you find a deeper connection with self.
