About Blossom Well-being

Blossom Well-being creates a space, virtually and in-person, to nurture and nourish others on their own unique path of blossoming.  Offered through the practices of:  Yoga, Meditation, Wellness Coaching and Ayurvedic Health Counselling.

 

What do we mean by  “ unique path of blossoming"? I hear some of you ask! Well let me tell you. 

Here at Blossom Well-being we believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and reveal something they already have within. Opening their petals, so to speak. Enabling a capacity to shine their radiant selves out into the world. Revealing something uniquely beautiful, true to them, with optimal health and with a calm, steady mind. This is often locked away within us. Like a seed awaiting its potential to be tended to, so it can too begin it's process of growth. With the right support and guidance, with love and patients, we believe everyone can blossom, heal and grow. 

About Sarah

The face, personality and spirit behind Blossom Well-being

Sarah considers herself a continual curious student of life who loves learning. This love of learning spills out into her dedication to find ways to help others the best she can. 

​

Sarah teaches what she teaches because, she knows first-hand how much growth and potential we can access through these practices . Passionate about sharing what has helped her, in the hope it will help others: Time to be still , to S.L.O.W down, to regulate the breath, soothe the nervous system, connect to the sacred  ( be it nature or another personal relationship to something bigger), to feel cared for, to reclaim personal power and to feel spacious.  She has been on her own healing journey and continues to navigate it. She wishes to base Blossom Well-being's communities connection on the shared longing to feel at ease in ourselves, rooted in the truest sense of health and wellbeing possible for us. 

 

Her teaching style, just as everything does, continues to grow. You can expect an inclusive space, with invitation to practice in a way that feels appropriate for your body, mind and energy levels. Empowering you to feel and listen into your body with no hard and fast rules on how you should look on your mat or in your life. Sarah brings a light-hearted approach, where you can cultivate a sense of curiosity and wholehearted patients towards yourselves. Leaving you feeling connected, calm and nurtured.

300 hr Ayurveda Wellness Coaching

300 hr Ayurveda Health Counsellor

95hr Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training

Usui Reiki 1st Degree, 2nd Degree, Master

Post-Compulsory-Education PGCE Degree

First Class Honours Fine Art Degree
