She infuses her passion, creativity and caring personality into every session. A holistic experience is created to leave you feeling refreshed, energetic and connected back to yourself. We believe health is wealth and feel passionately about supporting you to feel better physically, mentally, spiritually and energetically. The busyness of everyday life can leave many of us feeling drained, depleted and overwhelmed. Leaving our physical and mental health unchecked.
Through our Yoga Sessions, private coaching and other events on offer, you can begin to take steps towards a more balanced and healthy version of you. We want you to thrive with a sense of ease and joy in your life.
Just a few of the many reasons
Yoga encourage us to breathe slower and release tension. This helps bring balance to our nervous system, decreasing blood pressure and lowering our heart rate.
An important part of yoga is learning how to remain present. This mindfulness practice reduces distractions of a busy mind, improving our memory, problem solving abilities and focus in general.
Don't worry if you can't touch your toes. It is about what you learn on the journey reaching them. With practice you will gain more flexibility.
Yoga philosophy encourages us to become more self aware. You'll experience feelings of gratitude, empathy and forgiveness. Connecting to a sense of something bigger and believing in your worth. Research also shows Yoga increases serotonin, this is our happy hormone!
Research shows us that practicing Yoga lowers cortisol level. Which brings about a whole host of wonderful benefits! See our blog for more.
Through increased body awareness you'll begin to undo all those hours sat slumped at a screen. By building strength, range and stability in your muscles, tissues and joints, you'll see an improvement particularly in your spinal health.
"I work a very physically demanding job and Sarah’s classes have done wonders for my lower back pain. On arrival she asked if I had any pains or problems, then added in stretches and movements to help me with those areas. Very personal and professional."
