Service Description
This is a special time in your life, a time to be treasured and to connect to your own needs. Looking after yourself, is directly looking after and caring for your beautiful growing baby. Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and soothing practice that gives you time to connect to your body and baby. This time encourages you to feel into your body, preparing you for birth, equipping you with breathing techniques, positive thoughts, confidence and self belief. These Sessions will look at and support: -Postural change in pregnancy -Gentle movements for pain relief -Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and to encourage a deep sense of inner belief in yourself and trust in your body's capabilities -Breathing exercises to help you with stress, pain relief and child birth -Building a community of like-minded local expecting Moms. The space we practice in is a beautiful big barn with fairy lights and calming music. No previous experience of Yoga is needed.

Cancellation Policy
Classes: Due to high numbers of last minute cancellations, we can not offer a more flexible cancellation policy at this time. You can use your cancelled credit on any class within that week. Retreat: 50% refund 1 week before. Get in touch if you need to discuss a refund/ cancellation.
