Service Description
We dive a little deeper into the practice of Yoga, levelling up our knowledge, mind, body and spirit, with a Beginners mindset at heart. Aspects of cover we will cover and explore together: -Ethical and moral principles of Yoga (Yama's and Niyamas') -Sun salutation as a moving meditation -Setting up a personal practice, how to listen to your body. -Exploring traditional postures and some adaptations -Breathing practice (Pranayama) -Introduction into energy locks (Bandhas) How you will benefit from these classes: ~Whether you are a complete novice or you have been practicing for a few years, you will deepen your knowledge of the practice of yoga. But not only that...you will also learn something ( if not a lot) new about yourself. ~You will be equipped with the skills and knowledge on how to calm your nervous system, relax deeply, manage stress and gain more clarity of the mind. ~You will learn new ways to move that is appropriate for your body and energy levels. ~You will gain the confidence to step into any yoga class, knowing what to expect! We offer a supportive, none competitive and safe environment to learn and develop yourself. Sarah Rumble is a qualified adult educator, in her previous role she was a Further Education Art Lecturer, working in Colleges and Prisons. You are in good hands to expand your knowledge and get the most out of your experience. She is able to adapt learning to all personality types, break down big concepts into digestible parts and offer a variety of perspectives to give you many opportunities to find your "aha!" moment. This all feeds into her Yoga classes, workshops and events. With over 10 years of Yoga under her belt, she has been sharing her passion and knowledge for the practice for the past 4 years. Each class she aims to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Allowing you to leave the sessions feeling refreshed, balanced, with a sense or renewed energy. Cancellation Policy
Classes: Due to high numbers of last minute cancellations, we can not offer a more flexible cancellation policy at this time. You can use your cancelled credit on any class within that week. Retreat: 50% refund 1 week before. Get in touch if you need to discuss a refund/ cancellation.
