Service Description

Mobility Movement Workshop A series of bi- monthly workshops that explore ways to improve your bodies mobility, stability and suppleness through mobility drills, yoga and neurocentric training ( brain and nervous system based movement drills). An essential addition to any movement practice/ discipline to enhance performance, overall health and longevity. This kind of training does not just make you more flexible, mobility work goes far beyond gaining more range of motion. It improves overall physical performance as it is strength training for joints, connective tissues and end range muscles giving you more movement variability. This added movement variability helps prevent injuries. Mobility focused work also targets weaknesses and limitation in areas of your body to create more overall resilience. Mobility helps you perform every day activities with more ease and on the other end of the spectrum it can gives you that edge as a athlete. These sessions welcome all levels and abilities, all movement and discipline backgrounds as there will be something for everyone to take away. In these sessions we will explore a variety of the following: Nervous System work Neural drills Nerve Flossing Vestibular drills Visual drills Mobility drills for joint health (PAILS, RAILS, CARS) Breathwork Yoga If your reading the list and thinking "what the...." just know that we will be doing a movement class, that will unlock hidden potential in your amazing bodies in a practical and fun ways. You will see a difference in your body within the workshop and hopefully this will leave you wanting to learning more. Each monthly workshop will have a different focal point. Our workshop in May will focus on shoulders. Please bring with you: - Note book - Your phone to take before and after pictures - A yoga/fitness mat - An open mind willing to learn -Water Booking in advance is essential. Classes: Due to high numbers of last minute cancellations, we can not offer a more flexible cancellation policy at this time. You can use your cancelled credit on any class within that week. Retreat: 50% refund 1 week before. Get in touch if you need to discuss a refund/ cancellation.
