Rooted in yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, this retreat offers space to pause, reflect, and intentionally align with the natural energy of spring — a time associated in Ayurveda with clearing stagnation and cultivating lightness. Held in the peaceful surroundings of The Pilates Barn in Claverly, this morning retreat is an invitation to slow down, be supported, and honour yourself.
