This Program is only accessible to expecting Mom who have booked a 6 week Pregnancy Yoga Course. This is here to support and inform your journey of pregnancy through holistic practices and extra yoga content. This only program include meditation, holistic advice, short practices, breathing exercises, a hypnobirthing relaxation and full length yoga practices. Those of you booked onto the pregnancy yoga course, if you miss a lesson, you always have content here to keep your practice going. For those of you who can't make the pregnancy yoga course, but would like access please get in touch and we can arrange access to the course for £20.
